Mississippi mud brownies from wooden spoon cookbook:
1 cup butter
1/2 cup baking cocoa
4 beaten eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Combine and bake in 11 x 15” pan at 350 for 20-25 minutes

Cover with 11oz marshmallows and place in freshly off oven for 2-4 minutes until puffy.   Then top with frosting from here:

You may need more cream to be spreadable
